Vinaigrettes

Champagne Citrus Grilled Chicken

This is a great twist on a traditional chicken! You can grill or bake this dish.

Ingredients:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup DiVine Champagne Citrus Vinaigrette

3 cloves of minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper

Salt and pepper, to taste
 

Directions:

Place chicken breasts in a zip-top plastic bag. Combine DiVine Champagne Citrus Vinaigrette, garlic and crushed red pepper - pour over chicken. Seal bag and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.

 

Remove chicken from bag and place in a baking dish. Grill Chicken over medium heat for 5 - 7 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.


If you bake this chicken - Place chicken in a baking pan, pour some of the remaining marinade over the top and bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes, or until juices run clear.
